How do I connect for the first time?

You can connect once you have received your password (PIN).

Step 1

Log on to our website at https://www.lloydsbankinternational.es

Step 2

Enter your password:

If you are a personal customer, please click the 'Personal' button on the right hand margin of the home page and enter the following information:

  • Your Tax ID, passport number, or residence card number
  • Your password
 

If you are a corporate or institutional client, please click the 'Corporate' button on the right hand margin of the home page and enter the following information:
 
  • Your Tax ID, passport number, or residence card number
  • The company tax number (CIF)
  • Your password
 

Lost or compromised passwords for internet banking

If you have lost your passwords, or suspect that your passwords have been compromised or if you think there is a security problem with your access to Internet Banking, please undertake the following steps as soon as possible:

Contact our Customer Service Centre on 902 024 365 or 34 914 848 181 in order to block your user account.

If you suspect that your passwords have been compromised and you still have access to Internet banking, please change your passwords immediately.
