Problems with the registration process
People 18 years or older that are residents or non-residents of Spain and are existing customers of Lloyds Bank International, in Spain, can apply for Internet Banking.
Joint account holders can apply to register as individuals, but they are only authorised to view the information and cannot perform operations.
Legal bodies that are currently customers of Lloyds Bank International, in Spain, can apply for this service.
If you are not yet a customer of Lloyds Bank International, in Spain, you will need to open an account or apply for a product with us in order to access this service. In order to do so please visit any one of our branches or contact our Customer Service Centre (34 914 848 181)
Please click the 'Register Now' button in the right hand browser menu of the Lloyds Bank International home page.
Complete the registration request that appears on the screen.
Once we receive your application we will send your completed contract by mail to the address where you currently receive your Lloyds Bank International statements for you to verify and sign.
All you need to do is sign the contract and send it back to us in the way most convenient for you, either by mail or by dropping it off at one of our branches.
Within a few days you will receive a certified letter containing your Internet Banking access codes.
You will need this password as well as your Tax ID, passport number, or residence card number (whatever the case may be) in order to access Internet Banking.
You can always register for our Internet Banking service in person at any one of our branches.
Step 1: Online request
Enter the corporate access area by clicking 'Corporate' on the right hand browser menu of the Lloyds Bank International home page. Then click the 'Register Now' in the same right hand browser menu.
Now all you have to do is complete the registration request that will appear on your screen. You will need to name the people who will be authorised to handle the various accounts held by your company.
We will send you the contract by regular mail. Please note that the person requesting Internet Banking as well as all the people authorised to manage the accounts must sign the contract. Once signed, all you have to do is return it to us in the way most convenient for you, either by mail or by dropping it off at one of our branches.

When you access the Internet Banking service a whole security protocol of SSL security (Secure Socket Layer) is automatically established. This means that all communications from this point on between the client and the Bank are transmitted though a 128-bit encryption, which is the highest form of encryption currently on the market. This system creates random codes at every session, which means that the information transmitted can only be intelligible by the client’s computer and the bank’s server.
